I live in northern calif.and need to find realestate comp. that if no sale they buy the house.

We are thinking of selling home to move into smaller house.
but don’t want to sit on old house for long time.

There is not going to be a company that buys their clients homes, especially since they can not control if you sell it or not. The homeowner sets the price, controls the condition, etc, it could be IMPOSSIBLE to sell and meet your expectations.

    You need to talk to a knowledgable realtor in the area where the house is and make an unemotional decision. Old or too big, now is not the best time to sell, it’s a buyer’s market.

    For most people their home is the largest investment in their lives and they have to make unemotional business decisions of they will regret it.

    good luck with that! you will find that you will get pennies on the dollar by a real estate company that will do that.
